Pan Am is highly versatile in terms of usage and lighting effects and boasts a definitive design. There are standard, wall, ceiling, suspension, floor and contact rail luminaires available. With all models the head can turn 360 degrees on its own axis and swivel 270 degrees. All the requisite operating gear is housed in a voluminous hollow carcass. The entire series can be equipped with a variety of reflectors and bulb technology – both low and high-voltage halogen bulbs can be used, as can energy-saving and particularly bright-light compact fluorescent bulbs. Furthermore, depending on the type of bulb and reflector used Pan Am luminaires can spread light over differently sized areas: wide and scattered, as well as targeted and brilliant.
