The Convivio sopratavolo multipla is very closely related to the Convivio sopratavolo. It is an equally shapely sphere, which can be hung up from the ceiling up to 450 cm. One half of this spherical pendant lamp by Cini & Nils consists of metal, the other half consists of a transparent lens, being made of optical glass. This allows to focus the light beam and thus enables an accentuated lighting. In contrast to the sole Convivio sopratavolo the Convivio sopratavolo multipla can be extended arbitrarily. The additional cable offers the possibility to connect several lamps with each other. This masterpiece was designed by Luta Bettonica and Mario Melocchi in 2005.
